CellSpring Publishes Groundbreaking PoC Work in Advanced Healthcare Materials

April, 2021 CellSpring published its pioneering study on the use of engineered microtissues, or 3D Bloom, for EV biomarker discovery in the journal of Advanced Healthcare Materials. The journal’s editors selected the publication during the peer review period to feature in an upcoming special issue centering on EVs.

Dr. Christopher Millan, CellSpring CEO commented, “Publication of our work in a top journal provides validation from the scientific community of the impact in the field of our novel approach for EV biomarker discovery. Next steps are underway to assess the prostate cancer markers from this paper for specificity/sensitivity in clinical samples in collaboration with the Urology Clinic of the University Hospital of Zurich.”
